Moreish Foods Limited was established in Ranchi, Jharkhand in 1989. Moreish has today grown into Eastern India's largest bread manufacturing company. Moreish Bread, has grown into a premium well-known and loved brand in eastern India.

A passion for crafting quality and healthy products and efficient delivery systems has enabled Moreish to be the leading brand in all markets it has entered in the last 3 decades. Moreish started its first bread manufacturing unit in 1989 and since then has added 4 new state-of-the-art manufacturing units across Jharkhand, Bihar, Odisha and West Bengal.

Moreish manufactures a wide range of Breads and Buns, various other bakery products such as Cream Roll, Cookies, Cakes, Christmas Cakes, Rusks and other Puff products. Moreish also manufactures various baked snacks which are available at its retail stores.

Bread and Bakery Products are consumed by Children, Youth and People of all ages. We go the extra mile to ensure safe and healthy products by way of automation, strict maintenance of cleanliness and hygiene. We can ensure this quality since all our factories are company owned and the majority of distribution is also company managed.

Most of our equipment is of European and Japanese make. Our Ingredients and raw materials are quality tested very regularly to ensure that only the best ingredients are used in every Moreish product.

  • 1989

    Moreish Foods Private Limited was established by the Founders of the company.

  • 1990

    The Iconic Moreish Classic Sliced Bread, the flagship product of the company was launched.

  • 1996

    Our state-of-the-art facility at Kokar Industrial Estate in Ranchi was inaugurated on 30th April.

  • 1996

    Expansion of Moreish Foods' market into other geographies of Jharkhand & Bihar state.

  • 1998

    Moreish Foods Private Limited was converted to Moreish Foods Limited on 20th April.

  • 2000

    Relaunch of Moreish Cookies Range in Chocolate, Coconut, Elaichi, Peanut and Salt Flavour.

  • 2000

    Premium Sandwich Breads were introduced in the market in Atta, Milk, White, Brown and Multigrain range.

  • 2006

    New Manufacturing unit was commissioned in Patna, Bihar.

  • 2009

    Launch of our new product - Cream Roll in Chocolate and Vanilla flavour.

  • 2011

    Moreish ventured into the business of Retail Bakery Shops in Ranchi on 11th December.

  • 2013

    New Unit of Sajitha Bakery in Bhubaneswar, Odisha was taken over by Moreish.

  • 2014

    Moreish entered into the Kolkata Market with a New Unit taken over in Howrah, West Bengal.

  • 2014

    Launch of New Product line of Cup Cakes in Chocolate and Vanilla flavour.

  • 2018

    Launch of New Product line of Sandwich Cakes in Chocolate and Vanilla flavour.

  • 2018

    Launch of New Product of Choco Filled Bun.

  • 2008

    New Manufacturing Facility was started in Asansol, West Bengal.

Moreish range of products are currently available in the markets of Jharkhand, Bihar, Odisha, West Bengal, Eastern UP, Chhattisgarh and North East. We are focussing on increasing the market penetration further towards reaching out to every household in these markets. By 2020, we envision to expand to other states and markets nearby.
